At Blender Drop Cafeteria LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are freshly prepared food and beverages, refunds and returns are handled according to the following guidelines.


1. Food and Beverage Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Products cannot be returned once delivered or collected.

  • Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind.


2. Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A missing item

  • A damaged product

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • A photo of the item received (if applicable)

After verification, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund where applicable


3. Delivery Platform Orders

If your order was placed through a third-party platform (such as Talabat or Deliveroo), refund requests must be processed through that platform according to their policies.

Blender Drop Cafeteria LLC will cooperate with the platform to resolve the issue where possible.


4. Quality Concerns

If you experience a quality issue with one of our products, please contact us and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo (if applicable)

We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.
